Holidays are a time of celebration, but the extra activity that can wear on our physical and emotional health.  As we enter this busy time of year, set aside a moment to  gather the natural tools you can use to maintain your radiance and your sense of peace.

+ Keep emotional balance. Nervine herbs like Tulsi can help your body respond to stress better.  A cup in the morning and at night will help your nervous system repair and maintain harmony.  In times of stress, flower essences like Rescue Remedy may bring you back to your center in moments, with just a few drops.  Learn other stress-relief techniques here.

+ Make time to maintain your energy. Make time for 10 minutes of breathing, stretching, chanting, or meditating throughout the day.  A few minutes a day of specific energy techniques can balance your energy levels. Learn more here. And don’t forget to budget time and space for you, and for quality rest each night.

+ Strengthen your defenses. Changing seasons and stress can strain your immune system.  Shiitake mushrooms are a tasty addition to soups or vegetables and support your defenses.  Hibiscus infusion is a tangy cleansing beverage that is full of bio-available Vitamin C.  Learn more here.

Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.
