Birthing from Within - Intensive

Birthing from Within is a holistic approach to childbirth preparation that integrates mind, body, and soul. It offers you the opportunity to go deep within and discover what you need to know to give birth and become a parent. Whether you are birthing at home, a birthing center, or the hospital, and whether you are planning a natural birth, medicated birth, or a cesarean birth, Birthing from Within prepares you to birth-in-awareness.
Through a variety of creative and experiential processes you can view birth from different perspectives and expand your expectations. The Birthing from Within approach differs from other childbirth methods by taking you beyond the physical aspect of birth into an exploration of the emotional and spiritual aspects.
It is here where you can access deep, intuitive knowing.
Equally important is knowing what your options are in today's birth culture and having research-based information. Birthing from Within is an approach that beautifully integrates both kinds (heart and mind) of knowing.

Birthing from Within classes are about self-discovery. They honor the spirituality of birth and remind you that the journey through Laborland and Birth is a profound rite of passage.
Birthing from Within classes do not use a rigid, standard curriculum each series. Instead, they are gourmet classes created according to the parents attending each series. They are fun, lively, and interesting! Parents will also receive a beautiful Birthing from Within Keepsake Journal to further their exploration during pregnancy and through their first year as parents.

Downtown Orlando Education Center $250 Tuition ($50 Deposit). Deposit must be received by November 14 to ensure registration
Tuition includes course journal and activity materials.
