In this class for beginners, or those who want a refresher, we will learn the simple psychology of meditation in an interfaith way: what it is, how it works, what it does.

We will practice various techniques so you can find one that feels right for you.

Meditation doesn't mean we will never be in stressful situations, or have ups and downs.

Meditation means we will experience ups and downs with more dignity and integrity, with a more available, established and balanced state of mind.

Meditation means we can learn to love our neighbor as our self, but not less or more, or instead of ourself. As our self.

Robert has student meditation and yoga for over 35 years, which gives him a unique talent and insight in teaching how to integrate yogic practices into daily life.

He teaches from direct experience and he makes these profound teachings accessible.

Starting February 4th and held each Saturday, 3-4:30 pm, for a Four Week Series
