Studying over 70 food theories, Board Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Counselor, Gail Hill Smith, knows you are different from everyone else. With over 23 years in the health business she knows your body is different, your tastes are different, and your nutritional needs are different. In your attempt to get healthy, lose weight, look younger or feel more energized, your body may lose touch with its innate ability to find balance. This may show up as weight gain or loss, skin conditions, sleeplessness, mood swings or even disease in the body. Learn how to uncover the best foods and lifestyle practices for you and your bio-individuality. A guest chef and sampling at week 3 will further demonstrate achieving balance.
During this 4 week course we will cover:

• Recognize a healthy body, your healthy body
