To first understand the Mayan approach to healing and medicine, one must understand how the Maya view our body and its health in relation to our planet, our universe, each other, and spirit.  Explore the philosophy of Mayan medicine.

 

Week Two: Tools of Mayan Medicine
Explore the practices, songs, and spiritual tools of Mayan Medicine.

 

Week Three: Herbs of the Maya
Learn the plants used by the Maya in healing.
