This course builds on foundation of Level 1. Students cover 40 new herbs, with additional curriculum including herb gardening, wildcrafting, drying, advanced herbal preparations, herbal health for children, plant chemistry, and plant communication.

Textbooks: Family Herbal, Back to Eden (Jethro Kloss), Medicine Maker's Handbook (James Green). Level 1 must be successfully completed prior to enrollment.
