Vegan Options is intended for individuals who would are exploring a vegan diet, whether to transition their lifestyle or to learn more recipes to incorporate into their life.  Vegan Options will offer new recipes, introductions to new ingredients, and new uses for old favorites to add variety, nutrition, and ease of preparation to the vegan diet, whether for beginners or seasoned vegans looking for new ideas.

Learn one of the oldest instruments on the planet.  If you have never played Didgeridoo and want to learn...or if you are interested in unique instruments and just want to have fun -- then this workshop is for you!!    This highly motivational and interactive workshop will cover all the fundamentals necessary for learning to play the Australian didgeridoo.

Intermediate Didgeridoo Workshop   
Instructor - Jeremy Lembo, Dragon Fly Rhythms

If you are an experienced Didg player, this workshop will take you one step further on your journey through sound. Learn how to use your entire body to obtain more complex rhythm as well as improving your circular breathing skills.  This is an excellent workshop to follow the Beginner level, so those wishing for a more intensive experience are welcome to register for both to enjoy a beautiful afternoon of didgeridoo, breathwork, sound, and meditation.
