Want to vend at our Moon Circle events? Please FIRST Review our Vendor Guidelines:
~All vendors must apply online to reserve a spot. Applications will be reviewed by our staff and confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
~Cost to vend is $15 per 8′ table and $20 per 10×10 tent.
~Check in time is at 6, booth should be set up by 6:30pm – NO EARLY SET UP CAN BE ACCOMMODATED
~Breakdown time is from 10-10:30 pm – NO LATE BREAKDOWN CAN BE ACCOMMODATED
~All vendors must check in at the FSHL table for placement instructions prior to setting up.
~All vendors must carry appropriate required local state and national licenses and permits as applicable.
~Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, & extension cords. We also encourage mats to cover your cords for safety and liability, and multi-prong strips to share limited power with other vendors.
~ Electricity access is limited; please make appropriate preparations to have enough cords to meet your power needs.
~ All general Moon Circle rules must be observed by our vendors. No outside alcohol, no dogs, and for the sake of our patrons, we encourage no smoking in all event areas but it is enforced strictly within the garden walls. It should be obvious out of respect for those who lead this event and all the participants who enjoy the space we create together, but no illegal activity of any kind will be tolerated on the property. Those found disrespecting this rule and this community will forfeit their vending privileges.
~ All items for sale at the market must be sold by the person(s) who produced them, or an authorized agent of the local producer(s). Our event showcases ONLY locally made products. We do NOT allow commercial products. We do not accept the following products for vending:
- Packaged, nationally distributed products such as boxed incense
- Manufactured clothing sold at retail
~ It is required to submit an application each time you would like to vend, and there are no refunds for no-shows and last minute cancellations. The event is held rain or shine; reserved vendor spaces are not refunded in the event of inclement weather. Should you want to cancel your reserved spot, please notify our staff immediately via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), or by phone (407.595.3731). Vendor reservations are non refundable and non transferable for the date selected.
Once your application is submitted, our staff will review the application and notify you if you are accepted as a vendor with the dates that are available from your application.
