Instructor: Denise Williams
As a Registered Nurse in the Western medical system for nearly 30 years, Denise became frustrated with sick care and decided to dedicate herself to learning/teaching how to live a healthy lifestyle. She supplemented her Bachelor of Science degree with a Diploma in Complimentary Alternative Medicine (CAM). The CAM degree focused on a dual major in Herbalism and Aromatherapy. She also expanded her long term yoga practice into a teaching role by acquiring her 200 RYT certification. Her ultimate goal is to see herbal medicine become a part of the daily life, just as it used to be in the past.
