The menstrual cycle is an integral part of the human experience. Fertility awareness can aid in the pursuit of pregnancy, natural birth control, emotional wellbeing, and self awareness. This day will be dedicated to honoring the process of the menstrual cycle; how to chart it, how to incorporate this knowledge into your daily life, and why it matters.
We will cover herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle tips that are helpful tools for reducing discomfort and supporting the body through various phases and imbalances associated with the menstrual cycle. Contrary to what we are often told, the menstrual cycle is a beautiful part of life that is a gift to participate in.
Students will leave with helpful handouts for charting and navigating the menstrual cycle.
This class is open to all genders and those in all phases of life and herbal education.
