WELLNESS WEDNESDAY WORKSHOP
Everyone knows that a vigorous workout is good for the heart as the muscle that provides our bodies with oxygen rich blood, but how can we help our hearts thrive as our emotional headquarters? In this class, we will learn tools and discover allies to help increase our hearts capacity to handle the wide array of emotions we experience living in today’s world and explore ways to fortify the heart in its role in the heart-brain connection.
Join us every Wednesday night to learn more about experiencing radiant health with the simple gifts of your garden, easy kitchen hacks, and empowering lifestyle tools. With a rotation of topics and teachers, this workshop series is perfect for those seeking guidance towards healthier living, but the seasoned health enthusiast is also certain to take home new tips and tricks. Beginners and experts alike are welcome to come learn, share, and grow together. No prior experience is necessary! We encourage you to register in advance, as space in each week’s workshop is limited. Bring a notebook, a pen, a curious mind, and a friend!
Tuition: $20 per Wellness Wednesday workshop.

Instructor Laura Croson
Plants have always held an important role in Laura’s life, as her Mother was a lover and avid
cultivator of plants, especially herbs. In 2013, Laura had a riding accident resulting in a broken back. She
turned to herbs as an alternative medicine after complications from allopathic drugs prescribed to her for
pain. She became fascinated by the plants gentle power and gained a great respect for herbal medicine
and holistic health. She embarked on her herbal journey, beginning with the Florida School of Holistic
Living in Orlando, FL, studying under Emily Ruff. After completing her studies there, she continued to the
Eclectic School of Herbal Medicine, in Lowgap, NC, studying under Thomas Easley. She graduated with
her Advanced Clinical Herbalist Certification in 2017. She now has her clinical practice, Vitality Herbal
Wellness in Orlando, Florida and makes plant medicine.
