    6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
You are invited to join January’s Monday in Meditation to explore “Creating New Realities: Accessing the Sphere of All Possibilities.”
This meditation is timely in that we are learning how to use our intention, consciousness, and energy to co-create new realities/solutions around situations we may be currently experiencing as “limited” or “hopeless.” Our potential to create from a place of LOVE is the key!

Meditation cleanses the mind, calms the nervous system, rejuvenates, relaxes and reduces stress. This is a dedicated time to connect with yourself, a time to be fully present to the life force in your body and to focus your energy inward.

Join Lydia Riedell in a guided sound healing meditation during January’s Meditation Monday! Sacred Sound is an ancient art and is used today as a beneficial companion to spiritual practices such as Meditation, Yoga, and Qigong. Lydia brings a deeply nourishing guided meditation with the assistance of her instruments to include Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gongs, Crystal Bowl, bells and chimes. Experience a richer and deeper meditative state using the medium of sound!

This class will be held on Monday, January 14th, 2019 at 6:00 pm EST.
Tuition is $12. Receive $2 off your tuition when you pre-register by October 9th!

Address:
1401 High Rd, Tallahassee, FL (FLORIDA), 32304, United States

Description:

Tucked away on three acres in the heart of Tallahassee is a fascinating property hidden from view. A visitor walks down a wooded path and is greeted by a majestic live oak tree shading a soft lawn. This tree, a sapling in the time of Shakespeare, keeps company with something not seen in Florida, an English Tudor-style cottage, which looks as if it comes from the pages of a child’s book of fairy tales. With a steeply gabled roof, diamond-pattern leaded glass windows and stone foundation, the cottage continues its vigil over the gardens, labyrinth and tree surrounding it. A majority of the classes will be held inside the cottage, which is handicap accessible with a ramp in the back of the cottage leading up to the back door. If there is an overflow of parking, signs will direct you to the appropriate lot. There is a restroom in the cottage and portable restrooms outside.
