Moon Circle Vending Application

Want to vend at our Moon Circle events? Please FIRST Review our Vendor Guidelines:

~All vendors must apply in advance to reserve a spot for each Moon Circle at which you wish to exhibit. Applications will be reviewed by our staff and confirmed on a first paid, first served for special placement requests. Cost to vend is $20 per 8 table with 6′ clearance space, and $25 per 10×10 tent.

~ Your reservation is not considered complete without prepayment. You may pay online, or may pre-pay for future events in cash on site. Should all spaces fill up and demand a waiting list for a particular circle, please note that unpaid reservations will be forfeited to accept prepaid applications.

~Check in time for set up is at 6:00 PM NO EARLY SET UP CAN BE ACCOMMODATED


~All vendors must check in at the FSHL table for placement instructions prior to setting up.

~All vendors must carry appropriate local state and national licenses as required.

~Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, & extension cords. We also encourage mats to cover your cords for safety and liability, and multi-prong strips to share limited power with other vendors. Electricity access is limited; please make appropriate preparations.

~ All general Moon Circle rules must be observed by our vendors. This includes: no intoxication, no outside alcohol, no illegal activity of any kind, and no dogs except for registered service animals with proof of certification.

~ There is no smoking at moon circles within the Dandelion courtyard or garden, including vendor tents; designated smoking areas are located outside of the fenced area.

~ No illegal activity of any kind will be tolerated on the property. Those found disrespecting the organizers and the participants who share this collective space by violating this rule and engaging in illegal activity of any kind will forfeit their vending privileges.

~ Like all participants, vendors should exhibit respectful behavior for each other, moon circle and Dandelion staff, and participants of the event. Those unwilling to cooperate with this rule, in the interest of a peaceful and harmonious environment for our community, will be asked to leave.

~ All items for sale at the market must be sold by the person(s) who produced them, or an authorized agent of the local producer(s). We accept ONLY locally made products. We do NOT accept packaged, distributed products for vending such as boxed incense or manufactured clothing.

~ We do not allow the sale of threatened and endangered medicinal plants – including White Sage and Palo Santo. 

~ There are no refunds for no-shows or last minute cancellations. The event is held rain or shine. Reserved vendor spaces are not refunded in the event of inclement weather. Should you want to cancel your reserved spot, please notify our staff via e-mail (, or by phone (407.595.3731). No cancellations will be accepted within 36 hours of the event outside of medical emergencies. Reservations are non refundable and non transferable for the date selected.

    Once your application is submitted, our staff will review the application and notify you if you are accepted as a vendor with the dates that are available from your application.
