Moon Circle Vending Application

Want to vend at our Moon Circle events?

Our event showcases ONLY products locally produced by hand.

We do not accept the following products for vending:

  • Packaged, nationally distributed products such as boxed incense
  • Manufactured clothing sold at retail

All items for sale at the market must be sold by the person(s) who produced them, or an authorized agent of the local producer(s).

All vendors must carry the appropriate licenses, insurance, and certifications for their products.

If you qualify, proceed to the vendor application below. Please be sure to review all guidelines at the bottom of this page.  Once your application is submitted, our staff will review the application and notify you if you are accepted as a vendor with the dates that are available from your application.  All spaces are a first come, first serve approach.  Please apply early as we have limited space available.   It is required to submit an application each time you would like to vend, however you may apply for more than one date at a time when you apply – select the appropriate dates available on the form.

Should you want to cancel your reserved spot, please notify our staff immediately via e-mail (office@holisticlivingschool.org), or by phone (407.595.3731).  Our office hours are Tuesday – Friday, 9am-1pm.
