Holistic Business 4 – Branching Out: Creating a Strong Brand Presence
In this class, we will review strategies to establish a strong brand presence, ways to market your business, and how to utilize a marketing plan to attain projected financial goals. Pricing, sales tactics, the selling cycle, and customer service will be covered to ensure that the brand established aligns with the marketing practices implemented.
Branching Out: Creating a Strong Brand Presence can be taken individually or as a part of the full 6-part series: Building a Strong Holistic Business, designed to inform and coach participants in developing a solid plan for their initiatives or businesses. This course can be utilized to understand the nuances of major areas of planning and executing a business idea, dive deeper into operating your current business or write a strategic business plan. Building a Strong Holistic Business is a 6-part class series designed to inform and coach participants in developing a solid plan for their initiatives or businesses. This course can be utilized to understand the nuances of major areas of planning and executing a business idea, dive deeper into operating your current business, or write a strategic or business plan. Participation in this course includes group classes. Templates with critical questions and considerations, and a full review of your strategic or business plan (if desired).

- Considerations for how to establish or structure the business entity
- Factors to consider when starting or planning a business
- How to create forecasts and budgets
- Evaluating risks and how to limit exposure
- Tracking business revenues and expenses for bookkeeping and tax purposes

Instructor: Christina Lynch
Christina Lynch is a growing community herbalist who desires to share her knowledge and passions with those around her. She is a first-generation American, with her lineage deriving from Barbados. Taking great desire to reconnect to the earth, continuing the spiritual and physical connections with the earth as her ancestors once did, her intent is to assist others in starting or continuing their journeys in becoming one with themselves.
She is currently the Vice President of Accounting & Finance for The Gabor Agency in Tallahassee, Florida. She has her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, and her bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Human Resource Management from Florida State University. She has 13 years of professional experience in corporate accounting, human resource management, risk management, business plan development, and strategic planning. She has also assisted numerous small businesses to improve administrative operations, develop and maintain bookkeeping practices, and provide training support through her consulting firm, Trydent Consulting, and the Small Business Development Center.
Christina is an avid tea lover, recovering foodie, and cultural explorer.
