Ash (she/her) is a clinical herbalist, medicine maker and creative who was drawn to herbalism because of her own chronic health issues. She studied at the Florida School of Holistic Living and later completed her clinical herbalism training at the Eclectic School of Herbal Medicine in Lowgap, NC. She continued to pursue formal education in functional neurology and has recently completed a somatic attachment therapist program. Her approach to herbalism integrates science and tradition, utilizing functional blood work ranges, food as medicine, nutritional supplements, lifestyle modifications and custom herbal formulations. Her primary focus is on neurological conditions with their often multi-system involvement, although she embraces the opportunity to work with anyone who feels called to work with her.
