Description
Maintaining Mental Health can be a balancing act. Forty six percent of Americans will experience a specific mental challenge at some point in their life. These can range from an occasional ‘blue feeling’ to serious imbalances that can disrupt many aspects of a healthy life.
External factors can vary, such as circumstances related to lifestyle, income, health, personal relationships, disruptive weather patterns, and more. There are steps an individual can take to help navigate these sometimes rocky roads.
Specific foods, exercise and relaxation techniques may be useful, along with a range of specific botanicals that have both traditional and scientific evidence to support their use as a moderating force for mental health.
