Classes at the Florida School of Holistic Living offer hands on education to empower individuals towards greater health by integrating traditions of our ancestors with technologies of our modern time. The health of our planet, of our communities, and of our bodies are inextricably connected. At Florida School of Holistic Living, we approach our education from an ecological perspective, cultivating a sustainable practice that focuses on medicinal plants of our bioregion.

Classes are intended for people of all levels of experience and all walks of life.  No previous experience is required for most of our classes. All classes are intended to help individuals support greater quality of life for themselves, their families, and their communities, by instilling a connection with the natural world and our inherent power to heal ourselves.
