Folks have been asking for in-person herbal classes in Orlando, so we have created the Garden-To-Gourmet series with you in mind. Join us for one class per month for 4 months. You will SIP, SERVE, NOURISH, AND PROTECT yourself, your family and friends while you wow them with the delicious herbal and nourishing creations you prepared yourself.

As an added bonus, if you register for the whole series, you will save $100 OFF of the individual class prices of $75 for each class. Note that there is a limited time to register for the full series at the $100 off savings. We are also limiting registrations so that everyone has an enjoyable and fun experience, so register now while you are able!

Students may register for a single class, or for the full four-part series. When you buy the entire series, you save $100 on the total price and have 12 CEUs available. The individual classes are $75 each. Each class has 3 CEUs available, with the Continuing Education fee required for each one. 

CEUs: 12 CEUs are available to  Massage Therapists (General), Dietitians and Nutritionists, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Respiratory Therapists & Midwives in the state of Florida through CE Broker for students who successfully complete the entire course through attendance and submission of assignments. To add CEU credits to your enrollment, click here. An additional $15 educational credit processing fee will apply.

NOTE: If you are outside of the state of Florida or are with a profession not listed, we will send you a certificate of completion that you can submit to your professional Board.

Saturday, May 9, 2026 – 4:00-7:00 pm EST

Ever wondered if those wildcrafted or garden grown herbs would make a tasty beverage? Bring the health benefits from your garden into your presentation pleasing beverage. Learn how to make your own mixers for your next alcohol free cocktail party. Join Maggie and Shannon in the garden to explore tried and true mixes as well as make your own concoctions. Learn to work with apple cider vinegar and other fermentation methods to capture the health benefits of plants growing around you.


Class 2: SERVE – Create Herbal Recipes For Your Next Gathering with Shay DeGrandis
Saturday, June 6, 2026 – 4:00-7:00 pm EST

Bring the beauty of your garden straight to the table with appetizers and nibbles that are as nourishing as they are impressive. Learn how to create simple, stunning small bites that showcase fresh herbs, edible flowers, and seasonal produce in ways that will delight your guests and spark conversation. Join Shay as she shares her favorite go-to spreads, boards, and finger foods — from herb-infused dips and pickled garden bites to flower-topped crostini and fresh seasonal pairings. Whether you’re hosting a gathering or just elevating your everyday snacking, you’ll leave with fresh ideas, new techniques, and a spread ready to share.


Class 3: NOURISH – Feed Your Belly with Juliane (Jules) Miklos
Saturday, July 25, 2026 – 4:00-7:00 pm EST

Learn how to incorporate easy to grow herbs into your everyday cooking. We’ll discuss herbal infusions, herbal vinegars, herbal oils, and herbal sprinkles or gomasio blends. Also in this immersive class, we will make a simple meal: herbal infused Florida grown rice, a herbal vinaigrette to toss onto a homegrown green salad topped by a savory gomasio herbal sprinkle. We’ll wrap up class by enjoying a taste of our creation.


Class 4: PROTECT – Holistic Support From Brain To Bug Bites With Maggie O’Halloran
Saturday, August 22, 2026 – 4:00-7:00 pm EST

Learn how the plants growing around you can support your body’s natural defenses and help you thrive through every season. Discover how to transform your garden harvest into simple, effective remedies and daily physical and emotional wellness allies — from immune-boosting broths and herbal tinctures to topical preparations and fire ciders. Join Maggie in the garden to explore the protective power of everyday plants and walk away with your own handcrafted preparations to keep your household healthy and resilient all year long. Building on the fermentation foundations from Sip, we’ll dive deeper into how apple cider vinegar and other time-honored methods can be used not just to preserve flavor, but to protect your wellbeing.

To receive CEU’s or a Certificate participants must:

  • Add CEU credits to your enrollment at this link. An additional $15 educational credit processing fee will apply. You only need to register for 1 CEU fee if you register for the entire 4-class series.
