Join Shay as she shares her favorite go-to spreads, boards, and finger foods: from herb-infused dips and pickled garden bites to flower topped crostini and fresh seasonal pairings. Whether you’re hosting a gathering or just elevating your everyday snacking, you’ll leave with fresh ideas, new techniques, and a spread ready to share.

3 CEUs are available to Massage Therapists, Dietitians, Nurses, Respiratory Care & Midwives in the state of Florida through CE Broker for students who successfully complete the course through attendance and submission of assignments. All of our classes, unless otherwise noted, are available and accessible to everyone – whether you are an experienced herbalist, a budding herbalist, or simply herb-curious. Everyone is welcome.

This class is one of four included in the full Garden to Gourmet 4-Part Series. Students may register for a single class, or for the full four-part series. When you buy the entire series, you save $100 on the total price and have 12 CEUs available. The individual classes are $75 each. Each class has 3 CEUs available, with a total of 12 CEUs when purchased individually.

Instructor: Shay DeGrandis
Shay DeGrandis is an artist, community herbalist, writer, death midwife, accidental comedian, and well-meaning but amateur therapist working in the Orlando area. She is a recent graduate of the Florida School of Holistic Living Community Herbalist Program and received her BFA from Florida International University (via New World School of the Arts), her MFA from the University of Maryland, College Park, and went on the study Art History at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She loves to spend her time in her garden, chatting with the plants.
